WHY COACHING CLINIC
Do you understand coaching as used by certified practitioners in today’s world and workplace?
Today, managers have to be more than the top tier trickling down the KPIs and OKRs. Leaders are required to provide understanding, care, and transparency. Motivation is not so easily mined when leaders lack empathy, interest, calm, or self-management.
For new managers, having coaching skills in their toolkit will allow them to connect with their direct reports from the initiation of the relationship.
While emotions are raw, and people are encouraged to bring more of themselves to all facets of life, coaching is not therapy. Leaders need not fear delving into the psyche of their employees.
In this workshop, leaders learn the foundational coaching skill sets necessary to show up as more empathic and modem leaders, able to support the demands of an emotionally complex workforce full of dynamic humans. Together we explore level 3 listening, powerful questioning, reflecting, summarizing, and bottom lining.

Together we explore level 3 listening, powerful questioning, reflections, summarizing, and bottom lining to equip leaders to have the kinds of conversations that drive community and foster cultural transformation.
