We offer SWOT analysis for leaders engaging in DEIB strategy using assessment tools and/or surveys.
IN THIS WORKSHOP
ABOUT DEIB SWOT ANALYSIS
As part of our DEIB Grow and Change program, we offer a SWOT analysis session for leaders who are engaging in active Diversity Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy. In this session your team will use results of your internal assessment took, engagement survey or relevant program data to conduct a SWOT analysis and an active dialogue around the themes of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are present in the current project environment. This session is part of our one-year DEIB Strategy programming and comes as session 4 of 6 in the facilitated workshop series.
LEARN
PARTICIPANTS WILL:
LEARN
the meaning of each of the elements in a SWOT Analysis and how to apply them to your internal data
WORK
with the internal DEIB team to understand the current strategy and examine the gains and deficits experienced within the existing programming
CREATE
a shared summary resource of the final post mortem results to be referenced in further sessions for action planning and strategy formulation and implementation
